At Rieker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original Rieker box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the return status until your refund is processed.
